Carbon Canister reaching critical mass?

ok werid thing, i dont race the morot much durring the winter nor do i drive as much how ever lately its been warmer and been driving a little harder.

the other day i had to take evasive action to avoid a dumbass that ran a red. the car was at operating temp, the metal was to the petal to the other metal, and it shifted from first to seccond and then when it shifted from 2nd to 3rd a huge puff of grey smoke came out the back of my car. whats it from?

needless to say the people than ran the red flipped out and slammed their brakes on,...there were a few words exchanged at the next light and then their failed attempt at racing because there was a cop behind them when they took off...heh

any way yea grey smoke = carbon right? wheres it comming from?

yeah a little under 200 if you really search. I just got the filter element for it. It was like 13 bux. But I never tested whether it worked.
