I wasnt thinking and bought my filter without buying the cleaning kit for it. Its a Weapon*R filter and it says for best results clean the filter every 3000 miles. Anyway I was just wondering if I would need to get the get from Weapon*R or would a K&N filter cleaning kit work? Or would it be better to stick with the same brands? I didnt know if each company put specific ingredients in their cleaning kits for their own filters. So is it safe to use any cleaning kit or should I just get the Weapon*R kit? Thanks

Why don't you call them and ask. I don't see why using K&N cleaner kit would be bad, but you never know!

I have a Ractive air filter and use the K&N cleaning kit and I know a lot of other people with similar air filters that use the kit too. I think you should ask the people who made it.
What does the Weapon R intake look like and how much did you pay for it?
