Gap between bumper and headlamps

Gap between bumper and headlamps

Theres a large gap there that i just noticed, shouldnt there be a rubber stripping that goes to the corner lights to the headlights??

Seriously though, there is supposed to be stripping there. You might be able to find some at the local junkyards.

has any one bothered to try to make their onw or any thing like that. i need all those rubber parts too that gap does look a little funny

try and get weather striping from a parts store and some clips u might be able to make it urself or im sure a local junkyard would give it to you for like 10 bucks

you would think that...but most junk yards would rather sell the whole bumper with the rubber strips on it. if they sell just the rubber strips what good is the bumper to someone when it's missing parts on it?

i gaurentee that there is an f d up maxima bumper in one of your local junkyards and they would be more than happy to sell some parts off a cracked or damaged bumper i understand what your saying i once tryed to get the foglight brackets but no junkyard would sell them to me because they sell them with the bumper i dosnt hurt to try that way you dont need to make them

i guess YMMV in different yards.

well i found one at a junkyard but as i started takin it off it was cracking like hell, so i guess imma keep on looking for it

i notice on my car a gap between the rear bumper and the outside corner of the tail-light, does anyone else have this, it does not look as though the bumper is out of place, and i have the rubber strip around it. kinda odd
