Nissan part# 68250-7Y00C (Screen cover)

This is in reference to the center console non-navi plastic (or glass) screen cover. I have placed an order with my local Nissan dealer on 1/28/5, but they're saying they still didn't get it from Nissan yet...

I remember there was a member who knew all Nissan part numbers... I was wondering if the above part number is even a correct part number. And if the part number is for plastic or glass cover (I thought someone here mentioned that Nissan would be making the screen cover with glass instead of easily-scratchable plastic screen)...

Thanks.

What do you mean!?!? How much longer do you think I'd have to wait? Doesn't Nissan make the screen to incorporate into new cars anyways? Would you happen to know any contact point for Nissan to ask about this part?

I also have that part on order since November. Not in yet and from I've been told, I better not hold my breath for it.

I had this ordered for me in July of 2004. I just got a call from Nissan customer service saying it has finally been shipped to my dealer for installation.

Also, I complained heavily to Nissan customer service about the wait time that I asked for some sort of reimbursement for the waiting time. They sent me a $150 coupon to use at my local Nissan Dealership. Will go towards cost of 15K service.

**** complaining to Nissan, they don't give a ****. You have to complain to someone that will get Nissan in trouble somehow. Like someone in the government.

Hello, I've been waiting since May 2004 and it finally got installed today ( 3-16-05). The new screen looks crystal clear unlike the cloudy screen that showed shadows on a sunny day and the Orange display lights are much brighter than before.
