Fog on outside of lights.

Does anyone know of a way to clean the fog off the outside of lights so they look like new?

i use 3m clear plastic cleaner then follow with the polish. you can pick it up at just about any parts store but i got mine from advance auto. there are a few other brands out there as well but i like the 3m results and it is not expensive.
