I was wondering what ever happened on that group buy on the molded aluminum dash kit a few weeks back from Woodview. I was very interested in the deal, but was too late to get in on it. Did anyone actually get the kit and if so how was it? Also, if this was a legit deal, any chance of a repeat? Just curious because that was a killer buy if it was a decent kit. Thanks.

 

The seller wasn'e expecting all of us to ask for aluminum kits. He had acquired a variety of finishes apparently at a closeout price. Therefore he said that he would have to have them made again my Woodview who apparently stopped making the kits for the maximas. The cost would more than double from $75 for ten or more ppl to $180 + $15 for shipping. Therefore this deal is dead in the water.

 

Even at 180 its still a good deal, I would buy it.

 

Another dead GD. I thought they were making them and that's why we were waiting but I guess not. Zero communication

 

Thanks for the replies. Too bad. I agree that $180 would still be a good price. I believe that the web site listed about $250.
