Cleaning Dash and Inside of Doors (door panels?)

What do you guys use to clean your dashboard and Inside of Doors (door panels)?

What do you use to protect them from sunlight?

6 parts water : 1 part woolite or dreft to clean

303 Aerospace to protect

Just a wet microfiber cloth. I bought a pack of kitchen cloth of 6 for ~$9 from Costco. I think it picks up a lot of dirt.

I use 303 Aerospace as well.
