Fog light wiring harness?

I have a 2000gxe that did not come with foglights. I'm deciding on whether to get a pair but I want to know if my car has the wiring harness for them.
Will it be easy to install by myself? looked in the how to but didn't get any help

Yeah, your car is prewired. You just need the kit w/ stalk and relay.
