99 leather seats for 96 max?

hey, i found a great deal for leather seats from a 99 max and i was just wondering if it would fit in my 96. please let me know soon. thanks.

I am also interested to know how to connect the heat switch to the existing harness?

and if my passenger seat is not powered how to make the replacement power heated seat work there?
