What do you use to wrap your springs and where did you get it? I have Ground Control Coils if this helps with advice. I am getting alot of rubbing at the top and bottom of the coils and the noise sounds horrible. Please help. Thanks.

Go to the electrical dept of Home Depot and look for that plastic coil wrap. Its white and has been cut in a spiral.

It does the job. You can get it from RadioShack also.

Its standing up well for me. In the pic the black spring is the Eibach Prokit. Notice that without the spring wrap you can see where the spring contact area is.

Ground controls are horrable and are known to make a lot of noise.

Sell them and get yourself some real coil overs, if thats what you need, or go back to a spring and strut combination.
