Problems w/factory steel brake lines

I just finished the 300zx swap and it was a pain in the a*#. My 96 has 135K on it and the brke line fittings wouldn't come loose on the end from the master cylinder. Both sides rounded off, driver's side was no big deal to replace 20 inch line from the part store and bend it to fit, but the passenger side is over 50 inches long and basically impossible to match original location w/out pullin the motor, so my brake line is now over the back side of the manifold as close to the firewall as I could get it. Will this be a problem w/ body shifing on hard turns and engine heat?? Please help
