i would think the calipers would get too hot for chrome paint. I'd go black

smart asses...i would do an accent color that doesnt take away from the general look of the car. chrome will detract from the rims, find something that complements but doesnt screeeeeeaaaaammmmm... gunmetal, grey, silver, gold, copper would keep you away from the ricky racecar look and on a performance 4dsc (4door sport coupe) look that we know you want.

Either a silver/grey color or black. I just don't think chrome would work or look nice even if it were possible to keep it clean enough.

^^^That looks F- good^^^ How long that take you to do? If it wasn't THAT hard, I'd recommend doin that while you save up money to drop that Monster Truck.

Edit: Good sh*t man, that ain't that bad for time spent, but I'm sure those lil nook n cranny crevices were a b*tch. You did it all by hand or did you use a machine too. I'm gonna attempt my whole Engine Bay this summer so I might do those as well.

Thanks. It took probably 8 hours on each side. And I didn't even polish the whole thing! It's a pain. Here's another pic. They turned out "okay". Not as good as a professional. Was just a "see if I could do it" thing.

Y sir you are correct, they were marketed as such at one point, thus 4dsc would not be reaching. and it appears to be on a maxima suspension to me. perhaps everyone hasnt gotten around to all facets of the car, or maybe he enjoys that ride height.

anything else i can help ya with let me know lil fella
