What do you guys think of an Ionic rear with Stillen sides?

I really love the look of the '97/'99 Stillen front and sides, I just don't care too much for the two piece look of the Stillen rear. I would love to have a one piece rear like IonicDynamics. I just don't know how well it will flow with the Stillen sides. What do you guys think?

I would go with Ionic just because everybody get Stillen kits. And side skirts are much better than Stillen ones.

that hole for the muffler looks funny other than that the sides look better than the stillens but nothing beats that 97-99 stillen front lip even if everyone has it

I agree.

the side skirts look good but front looks weird and rear is not a sight you want exposed in daylight.

on Stillen front + Ionic sides + Stillen Rear.

maybe a skyline rear...? i think the skyline kit looks really nice, but i know ill take flak for saying that, ohwell, it does have a nice rear end, and they even have a dual exhaust version if you wanna go that route.

I've got the Ionics sides and one piece rear...and I like the full rear because its different and gives the max a different look, but I say to each his own.

So, in summary, it seems you guys think that if i do get an Ionic one-piece rear, then I should get Ionic sides?

Nobody really answered my question as asked. My question was, how well do you guys think the Stillen sides flow with the Ionic rear?

Maybe I should have mentioned that I already have the Stillen sides so I'd prefer to not have to re-buy the Ionic sides.

P.s. I was going to fill in the circle and have a no-exhaust look.

Just to throw the cat in the fire how about these sides?:

I have these, I'll post pics in the middle of the month once they're installed. Just trying to do something a little different. My package is Stillen front lip, Sarona sides, Ionic rears (2 piece)

if youre going to have no exhaust hole, where are the exhaust gasses going to go, cuz they tend to be a tad bit warm and may melt you nice new rear end if you dont divert them.

I think that they will look fine..and please don't fill the hole in...its going to look crappy because its not going to be one whole piece and then what are you going to do with your exhaust tip? bend it? where do you want the exhaust to flow to?

I was going to bend the exhaust tip down. There are pleanty of stock cars that do that and have no tip showing. I actually have had that on my '96 for 3 years now. My exhaust is behind the bumper cover aiming down. I was going to do to the '96 what I am now doing to the '99. I just never got to it because I had other problems with the car (thus the reason I bought a '99). And no it won't look crappy to fill in the hole, I will definately have the body shop do it right.

I'll ask one more time with the hopes of getting the answer to my actual question.

Do you guys think the Stillen sides flow well enough with the one piece Ionic rear?

No, I do not. The Stillen sides are very subtle and very rounded. Personally, I really don't like the Ionic rear very much. It's very angular and doesn't seem to fit the car. I don't think it would look to great with the Stillen sides, but then again it's hard to tell without getting the two right next to each other.

I have the 2-piece Ionic rear and I'm probably going to pick up the Skyline rear at some point... I parked next to someone with the Skyline kit and it seemed to go pretty well with the Ionic sides.
