clutch pedal height adjustment to factory specs

Need to adjust my clutch after replacement. I got one of those cheap Kragen manuals, i think it is a haynes, and it says that the clutch pedal height should be around 6.5 inches??? BS, it wont even go that high, not supposed to. So if any of you guys have a FACTORY repair manual could you pls help me out and look it up in there..

Thanks

Igor

from the floor to the pedal I would imagine. This isn't where the clutch grabs, but the location of the pedal itself.
