Some pics after what seems like months of bad weather.

Decided to finally get around to washing my car to get rid of some nasty filth that had built up due to crappy weather. I can't wait for the weather to finally break so I can put the 19's back on. Riding on the OEM's just doesn't look "right". For those not too crazy about the grille, I'm most likely going to be removing it this Spring and going back to the OEM. I still want to pick up a front lip as well, so anyone selling a Glacier Pearl, let me know.

Agreed. They look much better than the OEM corners.

You got it. I'll keep you posted. My car almost looked black prior to washing it. Had never been so dirty in the 2 years I've owned it.

I wish the snow was gone here. We just got about 3 more inches yesterday.

Looks like a JMS grille, correct? (I have a black one). You could hit the zip ties with paint to hide them a bit more.

...and you gotta clear those HID's.....

Yep - JMS Products grille. I've gone back and forth about clearing my HID's. Guess I am a bit concerned about condensation over time.

it's not the grill, but the ties that look weird...

i have been getting her washed from mikes. each time i have spend 13 to get it washed, it snows or rains 2 days later and it looks like it has never been washed again...

I did mine over a year ago and no condensation problems. Another good thing is that I was able to really clean/polish the inside of the clear cover. That has helped in getting rid of that cloudy stuff that seems to be an issue with our HID's.

You guys have nothing to worry about in the baking department. That is, if you can bake brownies without setting them aflame...

I'm doing another install for a guy tomorrow. I'll admit it was intimidating my first time, but it really is as simple as following the instructions. In my opinion, the scariest part of the DDE project is mounting the rings. A little too much twisting and you're dead in the water.

Yeah looks good Tim. I'd be happy to help you clear your lights sometime. -ZIPPIN- aka Jay, helped me do mine when I was in Indy.

Maybe early this Spring sometime we can knock them out. I doubt I'll do the DDE setup, but I would at least like to clear them out once it warms up a bit.
Thanks Jason.

Happens all the time where I live. Especially when it gets dry. The gators will all go to the smaller rock pits to stay in water. You could almost walk across them to get to the other side. Kinda scary looking. Good eating though.

Well .. I just got a new maf, and that, along with the nice weather inspired me to detail every inch of my car .

The results are as follows:

http://img161.exs.cx/gal.php?g=dscn16217vc.jpg

also, I removed the front license plate bracket, leaving 2 holes in the front bumper. Should I get black screws to fill the spots or just leave em out or is there some kind of a good looking *cheap* solution?

I was under the impression that all new threads are BAD haha ... maybe it's just me.
It's just not a big deal so I didn't see a reason to create a new thread about it. It was also an afterthought and I hadn't taken the time to do a search of the site nor did I want to ... what can I say .. I'm lazy.
