2016 Maxima Factory Incentives Tracker

I'd love to have a thread that tracked month-by-month when Nissan added factory incentives to a car like the 2015 Murano to maybe use that information to predict incentives for the 2016 Maxima, so hopefully this thread can help future people with other models.

September 2015 - (State: GA)
No incentives

The only "deal" is a lease which isn't really a deal at all:
2016 Maxima 3.5 S with Splash Guards and Floor Mats Lease
36 Months - $319/Month - $2,999 initial payment.
Excludes taxes, title, and license. $2,999 initial payment required at consummation. (Includes $2,680 consumer down payment, $319 first month payment.) (Offer valid only when financed through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation.) Subject to residency restrictions.

2016 Maxima 3.5 S with Splash Guards and Floor Mats lease model 16116 subject to availability to well-qualified lessees through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. $33,645 MSRP incl. destination charge. Net capitalized cost of $29,824 includes a $595 non-refundable acquisition fee. Dealer contribution may affect actual price set by dealer. Monthly payments total $11,484. At lease end, purchase for $19,851, plus purchase option fee up to $300 (except KS & WI), plus tax, or pay excess wear & use plus $0.15 per mile for mileage over 12,000 miles per year. Lessee is responsible for maintenance and repairs. Disposition fee due at termination of lease term. No security deposit required. Must take delivery from new dealer stock. See participating dealer for details. Offer ends 10/05/2015.

With the lack of movement on price and the perceived issues with quality, etc. I am for the first time in 28 years going to have to consider alternatives to the Max. As much as I love the 8th generation, Nissan must sway me back over the next few months. They are not moving in New England, so let's make a deal!
