Can Anyone Post Pics Up If You Got Those Round Taillights From Custom Maxima.

 

I've seen them on Honda Accords.. Not sure how they'd look on Maximas

But they're a better option than Altezzas

i've seen them on other cars and they're so ugly. they look ridiculous and i laugh and cry because they're that bad. i don't get why companies invest in ugly ricey things when they could make nicer cleaner lights or products that would sell more and actually look good. ah well though, people still apparently buy anything if they can regardless of how it looks.

They have yet to come out with the Gen II altezzas for the 95-96. You have 4 options. 1) stay stock 2) make LED stock tails 3) do a 97-99 conversion and get the Gen II altezzas or 4) just settle for what's available.

Saw those on a 97 the other day when I was cruzin, both me and my friend commented on how ugly those are. Help keep the streets pretty and don't buy them.

In his defense, I actually like the looks of those, and am really considering getting them. Though there is no way I'd leave them stock around the outside, I would paint it body color to match. With shaved emblems, and the housing painted body color, I imagine it would look darn good.

Heck, I even don't mind the look of his, though he should paint it body color instead of carbon fiber, but that is just cause I hate carbon fiber to begin with.

 

This is on my bro's car. I think they are ok. Just make sure they are painted body color.

 

I'd say red/clears all the way!!! 95/96'ers will have them soon as well.

Not to be mean or anything, but it doesn't matter what kind of paint matching anyone does to the TYC tails, you can't change this:


The part that sticks out is what makes it hideous. And it doesn't matter what color car it goes on, matched or not, they still don't look good. To each his own and I bet you that when you do get that pic posted in here, I still won't like it.

 

i agree i dont like how they stick out if you want the round light look you should try the skyline mod to a pair of alteeza's just paint the parts that you see chrome this makes it look so much better and smooth too no ugly bumps on the back of your max
