Losing My Nuts?

Hey guys, I just put on a set of 18" kosei double racer's on my 4th gen, and I used these nuts.
I also pust a set of spacers on but, I forgot the size.

The problem that I am having seems to be that the lug nuts are loosening after driving.. and Im not talking about long trips, but just 2 miles. any Ideas?

here is a draw up of the specifics of the nuts..

Get yourself a set of hubcentric rings for those wheels. Put the rings on, then torque the nuts to 80 lt/lbs. Use a torque wrench!

Is 80 ft. lbs. a standard spec to torque wheels?

I always thought it was 95 lb/ft.

Does the nut sit flush against the countersunk area of the rim? That is important. Also, hucentricity is pretty much common sense. Get them quickly.
