mine was pretty easy, but mine is a 96 so its different. i did the grille and the bumper. i had to do the bumper again when i got a new one, and i used a dremel to cut the gutter guard with the second time, as opposed to the wire cutters i used the first time. much easier with the dremel. it just takes time to get the shape right. i tried to put some in my fog light holes, cuz i didn't have any at the time and it was both a PITA and it didn't quite look right so i never even got to the second one.

My instructions in vqpower are applicable to the '97-'99 model years only. You can PM me if you need any clarification.

Just wreck your front end like I did and have the body shop put it on better than you would have....true story.

Grab a flat head on the two pins on top until you have both out, then from the bottom pull up with force not too much .
