wat does this do...pic inside

what does that little tube do that i circled and highlighted in blue and is it ok if i put a screw in the opening so no air goes in or out.

well now since i got the injen in that wire does nothing and i dont remember if it had a place to go on my stock intake but does it matter if i put a screw in it to stop air from going in/out??

He colored it blue what he is talking about. The bottom picture shows that tube and on the top picture, that tube i colored in blue. Not very dificult to figure it out.

it stays exactly where it is...no need to mess with it

aight thanks i jsut wanted to make sure its not suppose to be connected to anythin and ur saying i should take that srew out that i put it and just leave it be.

IF you have a screw plugged in it....yea take it out. NOW. I dunno why you put it in there in the 1st place

Thats the transmission breather tube. As the tranny heats up and cools down the fluid and internals expand and contract. The breather allows air to escape or enter back in so there is never any pressure or vacuum inside the transmission housing.

Definately take the screw out.
