which leds to buy for door mod??

i purchased a 5mm led with a 1.7 volt rating 20ma and 3000mcd for my rear left door and it doesnt work ? what rating does the led have to have for it to work? no resistor was hooked up to it any help is appreciated thanks

yeh u kinda need a resistor hooked up. u said u only bought "AN" Led?

The resistors are already built in the window switches, there's various stickies on this, the LED's are polarized so they can only go in one way.

I used 5mm 5000mcd's, the front drivers are the easiest to do so try start with that. I have a complete spare set of window swtiches converted to blue for a 97> I might consider selling?

Resistor, uuuuhhh no... I didn't use any resistors on any of my window switches. They work perfectly.

oh sorry, i was readin to fast and didn't notice the window thing. yeh u don't need any. since u have a 95, it should be really easy cause its just like the front passenger.
check ur POLARITY
