7-11 degrees of timing advance at idle is this correct?

7-11 degrees of timing advance at idle is this correct?
I was scanning for the cel light my max has and I'm watching some of the readings and notice that at 715rpm at idle she is running 7-11 degrees of timing advance. Is this normal??
