SPEC stage 1 is a great choice. And take it to Andy or Larry for installation.

Exedy sucks, supposedly 10% greater gripping power than stock, more like -20%, I can get it to slip fairly easily. Mmm, smell of brand new burning POS clutch. I'm saving for a new clutch now ...

Note this exedy on ebay has 6 springs:

Yet this one only has 4 springs:

And wtf's with this guy? In two pics it shows 4 springs , yet in his up close it shows 6????

Just wanted to bring that to your attention just in case you were considering Exedy on ebay, I know a few guys on the org have bought these, maybe they can jump on and tell you if they got 4 or 6 spring?

Exedy sucks, and it should have 4 springs:

Broken Exedy vs. new one: http://larrio.maximaclubca.com/Clutc...0vs%20good.JPG
New Exedy vs. new Stage 3 SPEC:

You can see how much beefier the SPEC throwout bearing is, and the straps on the pressure plate are farther out, which makes it stronger. SPEC also has a nice durable finish protecting the pressure plate housing.

The SPEC one looks good! How much? I wonder how this one compares:

The price is certainly cheap compared to SPEC, good luck and let us know how it is!
