i know this is'nt the stereo section but i saw all the stereos in some of the other guys cars and realized that most if not all those stereos are in newer maximas.i was just wondering whats in all of you guys with first and second generation maximas. as for me i have nothing special yet but am hopping to get some ideas after seeing all your guys stereos.

 

I dont have a pic of my trunk set up....but I got a $50 wal mart amp. I was given a Jensen bass tube with a 10" ripped sub in it, so I replaced it with a Rockford 10" stage 1. Oh, and the tube is held in place by my jack

 

340W Dual (that's the brand) amp and a 10" Lightning 350W sub, all from Worst Buy. It has some decent punch to it, but I wanna do the 6x9's on the deck too.

 

thats about all i have done right now is 6x9s in the rear they are ok they deffinatly sound alot better than the factory speakers do whatever size they were.

Well, before I stripped everything out when my car broke down, I had 2 Kenwood 12"s, PPI PCX-2125, PPI-PC4800, and an RF 1 farad cap. Now I have a bunch of stuff in there now.

ANyone wanna buy a 600.1 Viper mono sub amp and a sealed box loaded with 2 JBL 500W subs? $1000 new...never put in my maxima, sitting in my house for over a year since I got rid of my old car. Amp is back in Box, speakers used 2 weeks. LOUD!

 

Bazooka EL8A 8" tube, w/ a pair Kappa 63.5i in the rear deck.

sounds pretty nice for my purposes.
