Welcome Majesty,

Pre owned = smart! These cars took a big hit after driving off the lots.

Any problems yet? If so, do a SEARCH on here, and you will find the answers.

don't mislead, him. you know he can't "do a SEARCH on here" best way is to scan the threads page by page until your head spins.

best advice is to look at all the different forums. kinda funny how long i went until I found the lub forum existed.

welcome and look through the STICKIES up top.

thanks for the welcome guys!! =)

well, here are some of the issues im having with her:

1- the center screen seems to have some kind of mould growing inside it! hahaha its not mould but thats what it looks like.. grey clouds!! clearly visible in the day time, not a trace of them at night.

2- bump noise coming from the suspension (comes from under the hood) on uneven roads, seperate from the regular bump.

3- I really dont like the amber spot light in the daytime, any 1 changed it to the stealth amber? i know that light bulb is out there somewhere!! (my first mod?)

4- Slight vibration in steering wheel. (made sure all tires were at correct pressure which reduced it alot) nearly gone but still there..

other than that... im am extreeeeeemly happy i got the car! Turns quite a few heads!

Planned mods after going through this forum:
1- smoke tail lights
2- change front grill and maybe paint bottom
3- rear spoiler lip
4- Not a mod but im planning a Zaino spa to get that shine back!

=)

Majesty,

All covered in here, typical Max issues. Read the stickies and threads and call the dealer on it.

Then, when you get all that fixed, your shifter will fall off. HA! Kidding. Not really....

The Maximas are great cars, just will have to visit the dealers maybe a couple more times than you are used to.

See I'm an optimist. a dealer visit may be a hassle to many (very much understood). but I do too much city driving... I chose the dealer that is twice as far as the closest one (actually drive by it on the way). Basically b/c they had a better deal.

well anyway, I get a nice 30 min highway drive each way.
But I am very thankful I've only visited for struts, tailpipe alignment, and rear quarter-panel replacement.
