Knock Sensor ????

I was driving my car home today and I the check engine light came on. I checked it when I got home and it was pointing to the 5th cylinder misfire. I checked the resistance on the fuel injector and it was fine. I unplugged the coil back while it was running and it started running worse, so I know it was doing the job. So I cleared the code and started it. Then I got the knock sensor code. I checked for continuity on that and it didn't have one. I was wondering how to tell if it really is the knock sensor causing the problem. How will the engine run? Any thoughts would be great. Thanx.

Read the stickys, and if in the end of reading and education yourself, you find that you do in fact need a KS, let me know, I have an extra one for sale.

I read them, and I think I am measuring everything correctly. I mean how will the car run with a bad one?

Its throwing two codes. The 0304 knock sensor code and the 0201. What should I look for on that code.

I'm running on a bad knock for now.. it's really not an absolute must to replace it right away.. definitely everyday driveable with a bad knock. Once I replace it I'll probably find out really how it was affecting my driving experience.. but until I set aside some cash to buy one, I'm fine.. (at least I think).
