UR pulley owners

For those with a UR crank pulley, what size AC/ALT belt are you using? I have the K060410 belt and I can't seem to get the tension tight enough. Depending on the weather (temp and humidity), I get squealing on startup and sometimes when I turn the AC on if the car hasn't been running long.

Is there another size to try? I tried fitting a 060400 (40" long) belt but to no avail. It was too short. Any ideas? Thanks.

The "Ultra S" crank pulley #02100100.

I am using the belt size (K060410) indicated on the installation sheet. However, there is too much slack in the belt even with it fully tensioned. And neither AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts have a belt size between 40" and 41". The K060400 (40") is too short.

if I remember right there are two tensioners, did you tighten them both down?

There is the tensioner that can be accessed from the engine bay with the hood popped. Then from the side I loosen the idler pulley and can adjust how loose or tight. I have tried to tighten the belt as best I can, then I tighten the nut on the idler pulley, and then tighten the tensioner in the engine bay. And I still have the squeaking/slippage.

Being the only one I know of with this problem, does anyone see an other places to look? I am obviously doing something wrong or not doing something I should.

I like the adjustment on my Pathfinder and my wife's accord much better than the maxima's. It is much easier.

Thanks,

Aaron
