Window wont ROLL

Window wont ROLL

at first it would make a squeaking sound when i would roll the window up
then it made a loud noise when i would roll the window up until it finally went out

what could it be ???

Take apart your door panel and check the connections. Check the window motor as well. If might be the window regulator that needs replacing.

Check the rubber lining that the window slides down into to keep it from moving. Mine was out of line and caused my window to go painfully slow.

Maybe your window rubber gaskets are dry. Try this first: Go to your closest autoparts and buy an STP silicon they sell for rubber, about $3; then open windows all way down and apply it to rubber around door; roll windows up and down a few times and it may solve your problem. That will be a really cheap fix if it works; otherwise maybe you window regulator or motor. Good luck.
