When installing Injen CAI, be careful for...

As you can see on below pics, when Autobacs installed the Injen CAI for my car about 2 weeks ago, they installed it on a wrong angle... The airflow control connector was actually being sliced slowly but surely because it was too close to that 2 bolts metal plate.

My car was stalling and jerking due to unbalanced airflow, and took it to dealer for repair. Although it costed me $260 to fix, Autobacs took the liability and reimbursed the full amount back to me. Whew...

I guess I'm just trying to let whoever's interested in installing the Injen CAI in the future to watch out for this...

That's cool~~ That's like the third or fourth Korean I've got to known at the org now...

My wife is from Garden Grove too~~ Her little brother still lives in GG driving a white Maxima also.. His name is Daniel Kim... Quite a big fellow, and I think he's around your age too... Maybe you might've seen him around~~

Make it 5... Korean here on the other side of the country (Atlanta).
This proves one thing, if korean people won't drive a hyundai/kia, nobody should.
I think I know about 5 Daniel Kim's

It's a common sense issue... I'm sure you installed yours right... I'm guessing the technician was either new or perhaps little careless that costed them $260...

Common sense is something i lack at times. I mean i didn't screw the filter on tight enough resulting it to fall off while in motion. So yeah. But i checked and all is good.
