Anyone know the spring rates for after market springs?
I'm looking to get a list of the spring rates of all the avaialbe aftermarket springs and also the OEM SE springs. want to get an idea of how much stifffer the various after market springs are.

I have a few:
Eibach - F 140-189, R 194-295-346 (Triple progressive)
Progress - F 165, R 250
H&R - 15% stiffer than stock per tech support (wouldnt give act. rates)
