What is the best way to bring the clear look back to life, my headlights look so dullll

 

3M Plastic Cleaner followed by 3M Plastic Polish. The Plastic Cleaner is a minor abrasive cleaning agent (does the brunt of the work), and the Polish just adds a little shinyness.
You can apply it by hand with a cotton cloth, although for more hardcore jobs I think there are extensions for a drill you can use...
