New Headunit Fit In Led Slot???

Has anyone seen the new pioneer AVIC D1 ??? I just received an email from pioneer about it. Do you guys think that it would fit where the LED screen goes with out having to do any cutting or customizing??

the unit doesnt come with a hideaway which is good .. only bad thing is that it doesnt have DVD video playback but can be easily (and cheaply ) added. This would be the greatest thing if it fits in there. just curious if anyone thinks it would.

yeah that is almost it..... if you look on the top you can see that the plastic was definately cut and the screen had to be propped up a little because it slides down ward on an angle with the screen still facing you requiring space below the unit.

With the pioneer AVIC D1 the screen folds so that it faces the floor which means it doesnt require much (if any) space below the unit.

The demensions are 7" x 4" x 6.5" do you think it wil fit in place of the led scren with out cutting?? because i want to avoid that at all costs

I dont know how to post pictures but heres the site if u wanna take a look:

well the oem screen is 6.5-7.0 inches wide... the same as the unit.... about 4 inches in height looks about right.... so I belive the 7 inches is the width of it, I dunno about how far in you can go. this is something you prob have to find out....
