Started Cefiro Conversion

All I can say is damn. I literally cut away all of the metal that held the stock headlight in. I almost have the passenger side in. I went dremel happy and I still have a little metal here and there to cut. I am about 1 hr in. I am taking a 15 because all of that cutting becomes hypnotizing. I lost my old digi cam but I will try and get some 35mm shot when I finish the entire conversion. I cut away atleast 1/2 pound of sheet metal so far.

Nah the old black one. The stock brackets are too small so I have to cut the radiator support and everything else around it. Forgot to update about the new one but it had too much rust for my health. It has been in a salt state all of it's life. They refunded my money and understood what I was talking about. So I might convert to a 5-speed once this auto tranny dies.

I am almost finished with the pasenger side (hardest side becuase of the radiator thingy.) The drivers side should take like 2 hrs max. Al together I started at 12-2 had a three hour break because my dad needed some help with something. And now I am about 95% finished on one side. lol. I say I put in about 3 hours of straight labor so far.

Edit finished the passenger side. Will do drivers side tomorrow.

I'm still trying to decide how I'm going to cut the hole for my hood scoop. I have plenty of options, but I'm trying to decide which will be the funnest.

funniest = ditching the hood scoop and cutting a hole for a roof scoop.

Roof scoop. That's an idea and a half! I'm all over that.

---Shocking discovery---
My Low beam bulbs are actually H1 not H3c. The high beams are h3c. Unless they changed bulb types within the cefiros. I just found out I had a blown bulb and was going to die if I had to find a H3c especially at the prices they sell for $40+ for halogens.

A roof scoop into a front engine car? Heck, if you're gonna do that, throw in some side intakes while you're at it. You don't need a back seat!
