20 inch tires

So I put the 20's back on and now need new tires. Everywhere i went i was quoted in the range of roughly 1000 bucks. But somehow i swindeled a local tire store to sell me Falken Azenis St -115 (255/35ZR20), mounted and balanced with tax for $750

NOw is that a good price? I hear good things about these tires. Does anyone have them. If so, can I u give me ur opinoin on them.

When i purchased my wheels they sold me on Nankang tires and they sucked donkey d*ck. No grip whatso ever.

IF Anyone have a tire they'd like to boast about, let me know

Also got my crossdrilled/slotted rotors on and all i gotta say is why didn't i put them on earlier.

The Goodyear Eagle F1's are on my car and are one of the highest rated max performance tires on the market. No sqeel from my max taking a 70MPH 45 degree offramp. Great tire, and extremely quiet and comfortable. Its a very expensive tire however..$220 each on tire rack, and I have seen it retail in Goodyear shops for $365 each.

Im running the Sumitomo HTZR's and they handle excellent. These werent my first choice, but having owned some previously on my aurora I gladly accepted. Do any of you guys with 20's have to have spacer blocks?

Andy,

I have the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 and these tires are awesome. Very expensive at about $275 a piece but it has best wet grip I have ever seen. The tread design is awesome and I can't possibly see myself owning a different tire. The traction and hanlding is also great. For the money these tires are one of the best ones out there.

You have got to be kidding. I got my P Zero Neros in 245/35/20 for $250 each and thought I was doing good. I could have saved $550. Grrr. I will have to keep this info handy for the future.

Is this some kind of special they are running or are these the regular prices?

Your Max is on 22s? I'd love to see a pic.
