Now that it's finally getting warmer, it's time to start working on the Max. I really like the way a stock grill looks when it's painted the body color. Much better than any aftermarket in my opinion. Anyway, who has done this and who has the exact process to get it done? I would REALLY appreciate a how to on painting the grill. Thanks in advance.

 

Ive posted this before...and it turned out to be a problem.
Used Duplicolor's adhesion promoter, black spraypaint, and 2 cans of clearcoat. Sanded all the finish off the tooth first. Let dry for a few days. Looked fantastic on the car, for about 2 days, started collecting chips and ended up looking terrible, (chips were bright silver, in stark contrast to the black) Got so fed up I paid $210 for a trenz grill, seen below.
