Loosy Goosy Spoiler

hey, quick question... this whale sat on my car, and bent my spoiler back. Now it's loose or something, because it wobbles. How can I fix it? it looks like its just unstuck from the car, and there are no bolts holding it down, or so it seems.

Mine was rusted out on the right hand side, and my bolts were seized. Pull back the finish carpeting or whatever in the trunk and there will be two bolts on each support of the spoiler. Loosen those and disconnect the wiring for the LED brake light and it should come right up.
