How to install after market speakers?

Ii need help with my max speakers wiring,whats best thing i should use or not please list.first of all i do know how to take apart the speakers but what do i have to do ?and how do i know from negative to plus? and do i need slice wires?

Get a 9V battery and connect it to the speaker, watch which way it pops, in or out. Pop out is positive terminal. Make sure all speakers are wired correctly or they will be out of phase and cancel each other out.

As for the other questions i don't really know what you are asking. Do you have a bose system right now? Are you asking for what types of speakers to get? You can try cruchfield, they have a lot of info that should help.

check the stickies on the rear deck speakers they tell you what wires are what

You can buy a little connector for 5 dollars so you don't have to splice wires and you can just test the speakers before you put the door back together to see if you have +/- correct.
