Maybe you can use the calipers of an M45 or Q45 (or whatever it is). They have twin piston calipers what clear many 16" wheels....stock I'm not certin. http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=382530 He uses Q45 calipers with a 16" wheel.
But IMO you are better off with performance pads, quality blank rotors, hi temp fluid, and SS lines.
