aftermarket fog light question

hey i need foglights for my car and instead of spending $180 for oem ones i found these while looking at custommaxima.com for 24 bucks. Does anyone have these or does anyone know if these will fit and look good in the stock location on an 03'? Thanks

first what year is your car? it's listed as 1997, but you are posting here??

if you have a 00 or 01, why not get them from ebay? you can get them for 80 bucks..

my new car is a 2003. i looked them up on ebay and the cheapest i found then were 180 shipped. I figured that if these would fit and look aight in the stock location i could save 150 bucks. I'll prolly just order the 180 ones on ebay though. Thank guys

since we're on the subject...

Anybody have those "Angel-Eye" Hella foglights? I was wondering if the quality of those are any good. They're only $65 at Pep Boys...

Before you go ordering $180 lights, be completely sure the light will fit. After dropping $150 on my PIAAs, the lights are a bit too wide but I managed to make 'em fit w/some modification of the back of the fog opening. Result: lights not aimed properly. I never use them anymore. 110W of pure light power is amazing though, I must say.

Do you need to buy fogs because your 2003 didn't come with them, or are you trying to replace your existing 2003 fogs?

If you're just trying to replace the existing ones because the color isn't white enough, you can simply buy H3 size bulbs to replace the stock bulbs inside the fog lights. If you're trying to replace the whole fog light because your lens is cracked (like many of ours), then you'll probably be better off buying a complete set of new fog lights.
