Best light bulbs...Non-HIDs to use in rain and at night....

What do you guys think? I'm looking for something that is the best in these two categories.......Basically needing lights in a pitch black enviornment with no street lights what so ever. 9007 converted lights, and look is not a big factor. Performance is number one priority....Thanks guys.....

I used Sylvania Silverstars on my previous car and liked the light output.

The best halogen bulb for usable light output is the Sylvania Extravision.

I put them on and they seem very very dim.....with 9004 conversion....I use the high beams right now i just aim them lower.....
