No.

Spray a whole bottle of Lysol disinfectant in the air vents under the wipers. Let it sit for a minute, then start the car, roll down the windows, and take your car for a ride down the interstate with the fan on full blast.

ummm, In Cabin Microfilter... Unless my factory sticker lied, a 99 SE has one with certain upgrades from the dealership.

Have you ever replaced it? Where is it located?

There was some talk about this a while back. At that time it was determined there never was a micron filter for the 4th gen.

I notice latelly that lots of dust are on my front top part of dashboard; so was thinking to ask you guys if there is a filter somewhere that filter air coming thru the vents; I guess will have to call dealer and hopefully service guys knows anything about it.

Supposedly, and I belive there is a writeup on VQpower on how to replace it on our year. Honostly I don't know where it is, but my car has a small vent next to the auto climate control. That may have something to do with it too, whether you have auto climate or not...

I called my local dealership and they state that a in cabin filter was not a option for 99's. It started as an option in 2k. I was hoping to get one

heres a better solution, remove your glove box, 6 screws. then remove the plastic bar behind. (there are 2 spots where you have to cut). then remove the metal bar. now you have the evaporator in front of you. carfully remove the retaining clip in the middle of the split box. and remove the 2 small screws that are vertical to the box, then remove the lower 3 gold bolts., carefully split the box in half. and get a vacuum and suck out all the leaves and road crap. then your done, reinstall everything. the plastic piece you cut off goes to the garbage.
