Cylinder 1 Misfire

Cylinder 1 Misfire

Im throwing a cylinder 1 misfire code. IS there a diagram for what cylinder is cylinder 1 and what could be causing it

Here is a pic of the cylinder location per reference number. A cylinder misfire means that your ignition coil or spark plug for that cylinder may need to be replaced.

where can i get the ignition coil for cheap on the internet?
lowest i can find is around 60 bucks for the Mitsubishi ones

I replaced the coil still misfiring spark plugs are knew but gonna pull it out and check

I had to get some coils replaced becuse I thought that i had the same problem not to long ago. I was told it was due to the fact that one side of the engine wares on them harder than the other. after she was fixed it ran great again.

Reset your CEL and swap the coil pack from cylinder 1 with cylinder 5. Now if you get a cylinder 5 code, it's the coil pack. If the code stays at cylinder 1 then it's the fuel injector. Is the spark plug fine? You can try this: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=389309

Fuel Injector Shot. Replace it before you have to replace your Catalitic Converter.
