suspension bad?

I know I know, search search search, bla bla bla
Got a quick question. I have a Tokiko blue and Eibach setup. How do I know if part is 'blown' or bad. There is no leakage in the morning after driving away. When I push down on the front quarter panels and trunk, its very stiff, doesnt move at all. Is it suppost to bounce back up once, and if it keeps bouncing, its bad? Is that only for stock suspensions? When I drive, its very rough, obviously since I have one of the most stiffest setup. But how do I really know when it goes?

thanks as always

I don't think Tokico blues can handle the drop of the Eibach springs.

I could be wrong.

Sounds similar with my problem. Same set up eibach / tokico blue. It rides fine on the freeway, but on the bumps, it rides like an SUV. Thinking of replacing either struts or springs, or might be both. Mine was on front 18/40/225 and rear 18/40/235.
