I was thinking of doing this as well, but just with the standard integra low/high beam projectors. That way I'll have a dual beam, dual projector setup inside the stock maxima headlight housing (custom cut and modified to fit 2 projectors of course). I miss my integra headlights. They were so bright compared to the maxima's headlights.

You guys lost me after the title of the thread.

So you want to fir the rs6 projectors into the integra headlights then put that into the max's headlights? Why not just put the rs6 hids into the max headlight. I dont understand why the integra headlights are needed.

Why not try selling the projectors you have now and then just buying bi-xenons and retro fit those into the maxima headlights instead of retro fitting single xenon prejectors into integra headlights and then those into your max?

I am confused as to what you are trying to acomplish? To me it sounds like you are taking the really long and complicated way of retro fitting your headlights.....

Just read your last post.....

So you want the max headlight to have a place for separate high and low beams, and use the single xenon projectors you have now?
Some one on the org has done thins already....I will try to locate them for you.....

... You Can Dooooo Itt....

.. ahh as far as putting the integra housing straight into behind the lense on teh max i dont think that will work..

and the integra lights are too deep.. (PROJECTOR we can make work.. no prob... but the highbeam doubt it.. unless u cut the metal on the car body.)

.. in my setup... the projector is to the corners thats where our cars have an opening there so we can reach stupid huge 9004 bulb....

however the integra the lights that are toward the inner part.. the HIGHBEAM are too deep and the part where we screw the headlight to the body of hte car isnt deep.. hence it wont fit..

and keep in mind.. u cant have the HIGHBEAM sticking gout until its right up aganist the glass. it has to be set in.. and putting the lights is tricky cause they not next to each other.. there at an angle... if not put right... you loose half of the projectors beam spread..

the lights im using in teh center are cheap 22$ fog lights from pepboys. i mean man there cheap... anyway i mounted them so they shine the light down.. cause they have a shield to aim light toward fround..... u can get some sort of fog that puts out more light.. and use that.. but find one that isnt too deep.. mine is BARELY deep .. like theres a bit space left over i was happy i dumb lucked out.. and got the rite size cause 4" and a few centimeters is the diameter we can have in there......

Click here for pics.. i mean big ones that show something more.. and explain better

its hard.. shure.. its tiresome.. shure.. and get cuts all over ur hand.. but its worth it when people just look at ur lights. liek wow..
even at the local pepboys an dautozone..
also on the highway after u pass maximas and i30s they realize its not a BMW.. at night..
and pull up next to u and up in front a bit to look at the lights..
its fun... and then its worth it..

You can always EMAIL me or PM me questions and im gonna put up an acutal WRITE UP FOR THIS on sunday... cause i gotta wash teh car before the meet and ill take some pics... of hte inside and outside.. and vertical and horizontal.. and whatever other views..

u can even pay me to do it = ) ... srry im poor student i need money had to try.. = )

well im not discouraging u.. jus saying the hihgbeam oart probably wont work.... cause yoiu see how the bulb adaper and everything is on the housing..? now go look at the max head ... the inner part attached near the radiator.. it is really small.. so think it will fit..? i mean im not positive cuase i dont know exact size of integra mabey u can work it.. but yea.. my housing is useless... all that is on there thats original piece is the frame like BELOW... and the plastic lense.. i really need to get a new lense mine is turning yellow.. i think its bad plastic... cuase i wetsanded and its doing it again and its pissing me off... anyhow let me get going.. loike i said let me know if u need any help... or jsut wait till the flippin write up.... however the write up can only do so much its all about imagination and patience...
