quick question about gauge bulbs

Okay, i know they are 194 wedge bulbs for the gauge lights on a 95 max. I see a couple options though, there are different numbers of leds and what not. But im thinking of getting these inverted cone led ones, and i was curious if these are good for a much brighter than stock lighting for the gauges.

T13-x6 LED Wedge Base Bulbs

The T13 6-LED bulbs are a little larger, they measure 1 1/8 long by 1/2 inch maximum diameter but will fit is a standard 194 type socket - polarized bulb

No prob at all. They will fit fine. I used the 5 led's per lamp and they offer the widest spread for light.
WLED-x5 LED Wedge Base Bulbs

5-LED super wide angle 194/168 wedge base bulbs
4 radially mounted 3mm LEDs emit most of the light from the sides of the bulbs
1 High Flux LED emits from the end of the bulbs - non-polarized bulbs

I didn't see them when I ordered mine. I know mine look awesome. Just would just assume 6 would be better than 5. The 5 look great.

If you want to be safe get the 5 led bulb. I know there aren't hot spot with that bulb. I originaly did the plain old led swap think in the dash and I had add, and add, and add more leds. Damm still got hot spots. Then I went with the 5 per light. Wow I all most came in my pants when I saw how great it looked. You'll love them

Woah that's gross man. I did feel warm inside when I finished my LEDs, but not that warm. Never thought you could get off from a Maxima...or can you...

Well you gotta understand what happened. I first install single LED, put it all back together and it sucked. OK took it all apart again and installed 2 led per light. Still sh_tty. I then added some other led's all around the low spots. That was ok, but not as good as the Superbrights. I guess cheaper is not always better. Oh well live and learn.

correct me if im wrong but the 5 led bulbs have 4 3mm leds facing out radially and a superflux on the top

i would assume this would have the best light output as the 6 led bulbs are all pointed straight out

96max2fast - I'm doing red, did my window switches red, did my ignition ring red. Did courtesy door lights red. So I bought red 5led for the gauges and shifter lights.
I'm doing red because my car is maroon. Or "redwood" and I'm kinda doing a red/white/chrome/black theme. Red being the primary color of coarse.
Also, everyone does blue, and I don't especially care for white or green or purple or any of those other colors. Especially not orange.
That's my reasoning..
Oh yeah did my ac vents red too.
Gonna be on fire!

here you go guys. i used just the regular 4 LED wedges. i sanded down the nubs on the end to diffuse the light a lil cause i do get high/low spots a bit. im plannin on switching to the one with the radial bulbs. ill let you know how it comes out...but for now this is what i got.
ps: their much brighter in person. my ****ty camera doesnt do them justice.
