I have 4 kyb-agx's with H&R lowering springs, and kind of recently, i have been hearing a weird... crunching... or grinding... noise whenever i go over larger bumps that really make the car kinda bounce upward. I only hear the sound in the rear though - never in the front. I have the fronts set on 4/4 stiffness and the rears set on 6/8 stiffness. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Also, doesn't KYB have pretty good warranty coverage on these struts, in case i need to send em back? I haven't had them that long.... maybe a a year and a half or 2 years

 

try settting the stiffnes in the rear softer
