Auto Valve Body
Don't know for sure about the VB...
...but to answer your other question, yes you need to get a tranny cooler. The fluid is run at a higher pressure with Don's VB mod so it heats up more. You need to keep the fluid cool or you'll toast your tranny. I got mine at O'Rielly's for about $40-$45. I have the Hayden 403 tranny cooler. It's pretty easy to install.
I would highly recommend the #130-70264 B&M cooler from Jegs.com It is a much better unit than the Hayden, has more cooling capacity and is about the same price. Also, there is enough hose in the kit so you won't have to run all over town looking for more.
