yellowtop battery w/o ignition?

How long is the yellowtop supposed to stay strong w/o the ignition on? The other night I was sitting in a parkinglot with my stereo on for about an hour and the battery died. Is this normal?

As with any battery, yes. A normal battery likley would not have lasted as long...but that's TS on your behalf for running it so long!

Well I had driven in small amounts within that hour so I didn't expect the battery to die that fast. Didn't even have the system on too loud. I guess I over estimated the power the optima yellowtop.
