changed axle, did tune up; no start

Yesterday I changed the left axle. About a week ago or less I changed cap/rotor plugs/pcv/fuel filter/air filter. I Did an injector flush because of rough idle. Took car into shop ran fine but as I pulled on to lift it started to sputter but didn't die. After changing axle Car wouldn't start just kept turning over. Fuel is coming because I took hose off filter and turned key and fuel came out. Car has spark. I am lost and slightly frustrated. I just got everything to do 60k and all bushings in front end, And now it won't start. I need help or suggestions. Please and thank you. I know I am rambling on but this is so aggravating

On the distributer cap there are the 6 wires for all the spark plugs and then there is one more that plugs into the cap... i know on my car it wiggled its way loose and sputtered and then eventually the car didnt start. And since you changed your cap i would check it just in case.

i know you said theres fuel flowing but id get a gauge and make sure you have 36psi of fuel pressure

have you tryed spraying carb cleaner or gas through a vacume hose into the intake while your cranking the engine to see if it tryes to start

if you try that and it still dont try to start you know its an ignition problem

No I haven't done the spray in intake. I Checked coil wire(Everything intact). I plan to siphon out old gas put in new gas and all that tomorrow. Just didn't have much time yesterday. I have to try to do all the work after 5 when shop closes.
Thanks guys. I am just trying to get this car right. I am the kind of person I have to change everything like tune up brakes tires etc before I put a car on the road

I changed all that. I have all the parts to do 60k and all suspension rubbers and bushings. Brakes etc. I did tune up first, then axle. today I sprayed the carb clean; car still won't start. I suspect timing belt because it's spinning freely when you crank. Next week saturday, I will have shop all day and put on what I need. Hopefully I won't need an engine. right now idon't have much time to check between picking up the kids and work. Plus you can only work in shop on your own car on saturday or 5-6:30.
