4th gen rotors, pads and ss lines on a 3rd gen

My friend is parting out his car and he has nice brembo rotors and some new pads I wanted to know if both will fit on my 94 se. I know the front rotors are the same because the part numbers are the same but I have no clue about the rear or the pads or the ss lines. I only have one day to find out so I do not have much time. Thanks.

it should all be identical as on the GD forums, under a brakes GD, found here:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=374496
it looks as if they are all the same except for the 02-03 (of course)...
on jerry rome nissan's site, all the rotors are the same price....the rears do have different part numbers, but when I go under the nissan fast system, it says the fronts are different part #'s and the rears are the same...basically, there's only one way to find out...try and bolt them on I guess...but I would think the rears have to be the same as the pads in the rear have the same part #'s for both years, however, the fronts have different #'s...all in all, I would think it would all bolt up...

You are too funny mike. Why are you in the 3rd gen forums anyways? So I guess we should just try it then huh? park mine next to yours and swap!

rear brakes are the same from 95-2003, but they are NOT the same as the 3rd gen.
in fact, the 3 gen has two different calipers and torque arms based on production date. mix them up and yo sheit don't fit.
the parking brake cables are also different for 3/4 gens.

have fun swapping if you try.

well we aren't swapping the calipers, just the rotors and pads and lines...so what do you think matt?

so just do the fronts then?

Can it be much clearer than that?

I thought you meant the calipers won't fit cause of a different bolt pattern or something...jeese...relax...

Yeah I am just taking his rotors and pads and maybe lines. So far it looks like I am just going to take the front ones. but it looks like the part numbers for the rear are the same. I guess we should just do the front.

the pads are the same on the back, but that's the only thing. calipers and rotors are different.
